Meet our team, Aisyah, Ben & Nafis.

Aisyah Shakirah is Joowal’s CEO & Co-founder. With expertise in law, International Relations, and Management, she has over 10 years of experience in global tech policy & Internet Governance. A creative sorceress, certified personal trainer & pun connoisseur, Aisyah blends her business acumen with a love for art, music, writing & community.

Ben is our CTO and Co-founder. He is Joowal’s lord of the codes. Armed with degrees in Computer Science, International Relations, and Political Science, he has spent the past 15 years building and working for successful startups, as well as his past life as a professional classical pianist.

Nafis Nazri is our product whisperer and social enterprise trailblazer. He has spent the past 7 years crushing SaaS and Telco with his big ideas (and memes collection). When he’s not reeling in business success, Nafis can be found fishing—outsmarting fish, and sometimes people.
