3. How much does Joowal charge for selling services?

Joowal deducts a 20% commission from the price you set for your service.

4. Are there any additional costs for sellers?

No, there’s no cost to create an account or list your services.

To create a service listing:

9. How do I know when I receive an order?

You will receive an instant notification via email and your Joowal dashboard. Ensure notifications are enabled in your account settings.

10. Can I cancel an order after it has been placed?

Sellers cannot initiate cancellations. If needed, you can request a delivery extension. The buyer will decide whether to approve or reject your request.

11. What happens if I deliver late?

If you miss the deadline, you may request an extension. If you fail to deliver after the extension, the order will be cancelled, the buyer will be refunded, and your rating may be affected.

12. Can I request more time to complete an order?

Yes, request a time extension through the order page. The buyer must approve the extension. If they reject it, the original deadline remains.

Joowal takes a 20% commission, so you keep 80% of your earnings.

15. When can I withdraw my earnings?

3. What are Basic, Standard, and Premium packages?

Sellers offer three tiers of services:

  • Basic: Covers the essentials.
  • Standard: Includes additional features or services.
  • Premium: Offers the most comprehensive solution with maximum features or customization.

Each package has specific deliverables and pricing, so review them carefully to select the best option for your needs.

4. How do I place an order?

To place an order:

  • Choose a package (Basic, Standard, or Premium).
  • Click “Order Now.”
  • Fill out the order requirements form.

6. How does payment work on Joowal?

Payments are processed securely. Your payment is held in escrow until the order is delivered and approved by you. Only then is it released to the seller.

7. Can I cancel an order after it’s been placed?

Joowal does not allow buyer-initiated cancellations. Sellers may request a delivery extension, but if the order is late after the extension, it will be automatically canceled, and you will receive a full refund. The seller’s ratings will be affected by the failure to deliver the service.

8. How do refunds work?

Refunds are issued in the following situations:

  • Automatic cancellations due to late delivery.
  • Disputes resolved in your favor.

Refunds are credited to your Joowal account balance for future purchases.

9. What is the Joowal buyer fee?

Buyers pay the service cost (set by the seller), a service fee (10% of job cost and RM6 if the service cost is under MYR100), and tax. The exact fee is displayed before payment.

To ensure the final delivery aligns with your vision:

  • Provide clear and detailed instructions when placing the order.
