Set up one of remote project kick off (KO) session. This includes:

• One remote meeting (via MS Teams) with the product owner to understand project brief, objectives and who the key stakeholder are
• Set up of one KO session (via MS Teams). Duration of up to 1.5 hours on an agreed date and time
• Preparation of one KO deck (in PowerPoint format) outlining clear documentation of project objectives and deliverables
• Facilitation of KO session (recording of the meeting can be organised if desired)
• KO wrap up and sharing of deck and agreed next steps with stakeholders
